- On the railroad trestle heading west. Copper colored waters below. It rained heavily the day before and most of the creeks and bogs were higher than usual. The rains left some water in the roads that made for extra fun riding.
- Looking forward to a good day out in the Pines.

- I hopped on the mighty XT225 for a run in deep sugar sand.
- It takes a lot of motor to power through this stuff. ;-)
- While fun for a short romp, I'm not a fan of the deep sand over the long haul.
- The rain left most of the roads wet, making for easier riding.
- Taking a break deep in the Pines. There are lots of intersections in these woods, with roads and trails leading off in several directions. Pick the wrong one and you'll end up in a bog. You could have a lot of fun getting there though.
